Tara Gadgil

Tara Gadgil is a partner on the Flagship team at Thoma Bravo. Based in Miami, she joined the firm in 2016 as a vice president, and today focuses on the firm’s application software practice. Before Thoma Bravo, Tara served as a vice president at Berkshire Partners. Previously, she served as an associate at TPG Growth and an analyst at Goldman Sachs. She holds an MBA from Stanford University and an A.B. in government and economics from Harvard University.
