Jennifer James Named to Buyouts' Women in PE: The class of 2026

Thoma Bravo Managing Director, COO and Head of Investor Relations & Marketing Jennifer James has been named to Buyouts' Women in PE: The Class of 2026 list.


The annual recognition highlights women making significant contributions to the private equity industry. Jennifer was recognized for building Thoma Bravo's investor relations function and leading the firm's fundraising efforts during a challenging market environment. In 2025, Thoma Bravo raised $34.4 billion across three oversubscribed funds - including 2025's largest private equity fund close in North America.
