Thoma Bravo Wins Two M&A Atlas Awards

Global M&A Network recognized the achievements of successful dealmakers, outstanding firms and the best-growth delivering transactions during the 16th Annual Americas M&A Atlas Awards celebrations.

Thoma Bravo was honored with two M&A Atlas awards at the event: Tech Private Equity Investor of the Year and Americas M&A Deal of the Year (Large-cap) for the firm's sale of Adenza Group to Nasdaq Inc. This is the second year in a row Thoma Bravo was honored by M&A Atlas.
